Carla Zampatti offers a sophisticated return process, allowing customers to return full-priced garments within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags securely attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring the security seal and all Carla Zampatti tags remain intact.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and attach it to the outside of your parcel, removing any previous delivery stickers.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier location and retain your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
